This voltage converter is just about exactly what I've been looking for in a travel adapter/voltage converter. You're not going to be able to power a hair dryer with it or anything, but I don't really have that sort of need. I just need to keep my laptop running and my gadgets charged. Basically, power-wise, it's enough for me. I have more than a few of these sorts of things and this is by far my favorite.I do want to point out that this is rated for 200watts; 300w is the peak power it can handle, but only briefly when something starts up. So, 200w, not 300w. I don't think that the 200w rating is mentioned anywhere in the listing and frankly I feel like it's a bit deceptive to only mention peak, when that isn't really what this can handle. Nearly knocked off a star for that, because I have little patience for deceptive listings. But, it fills my needs perfectly and feels well made, so to me it is indeed a 5 star item. So, I'm overlooking the fact that they never mention that it's really a 200w voltage converter. But, 200w is enough for hair straighteners, curling irons, laptops and more. Just as they advertise, so they're pretty clear about what kinds of items this can power and what it cannot. So, it's not like they're trying to mislead anyone about what this can and cannot do.Price is pretty great, I have to say. Travel adapters without voltage converting can be cheaper, but ones that also convert voltage can get kind of pricey. This one is very reasonably priced, particularly for one that's also a power strip and a has usb power too. You can get up to 36w combined out of the usb ports, which is fine for most situations. Feels very well made too.Btw, I'm getting actual super fast charging out of the usb-c ports, which is something you don't often find in these adapters. That makes this a must pack travel accessory for me right there. Definitely a feature worth highlighting, as when I'm traveling I want to be able to cram some juice back into my phone as fast as I can, since I'm probably heading right back out.As noted by someone else, when connected to 120v, the voltage that it puts out is on the low side. I'm seeing around 103.5. If I try to rig up a way to plug this into 240, I'll update my review with what I'm seeing there. That's a pretty important feature for me, as I travel at least once a year to Germany. But, it seems to power the things I need it to power just fine.I also love that this has a short extension cord. Never enough outlets where I travel and they never seem to be where I want them to be. I really have been keeping my eye out for something like this for a while.Size-wise, it's pretty compact. I like that its more flat than boxy, like most voltage converters. This form factor is a whole lot easier to pack than a cuboid block with a plug protruding from it. No noise noticeable in my test at home, not that I really expected there to be an issue. All in all, a super handy travel item that I'll be bringing with me on my next overseas trip, for sure.
