BESTEK 300W Car Power Inverter with 30W USB-C and Dual AC Outlets

This is a great little inverter, and much smaller than the chunkier one I used to have. It's also nice and quiet compared to the bigger one, as the fan only spins up when it's under a significant load. The build quality seems really nice on this unit, and it didn't heat up while in use. It's small enough to just stick in the center console or glove compartment, too, if needed for a trip, which is perfect for a smaller vehicle. My previous inverter basically needed its own seat, because it took up the whole floorboard in front of whatever seat it was in front of.I do wish the 300W came with battery clamps like the 400W, but it's not the end of the world. This unit comes with both USB-A and USB-C plugs, so it's compatible with pretty much any phone charger you'll take with you. The price is in line with other inverters of this wattage, and the build quality seems to be better than a lot of the ones in this price range.

I travel with my laptop and sometimes I need to charge it up while in the car and on the way. My sedan doesn’t have a 3-prong AC outlet, so I got this Bestek 300W inverter to charge on the go. Two 3-prong AC outlets along with a USB-C (30W) and a USB-A (18W) port is more than enough in one car. My laptop uses a 65 watt charger, so even if I were to charge two laptops and use both USB ports at the same time, it would still be below the max 300 watts. When the inverter is on, there is a green light showing that it’s powered. I like that there is an On/Off switch allowing to turn off the entire unit without having to unplug everything if needed. My car’s cigarette lighter plug turns off with the car, but there are some makes / models in which it stays on. So having the On/Off switch is a nice feature to prevent power drainage (if something is plugged in and charging) while the car is off. There is an internal fan which turns on to cool the unit (which is well vented) and the fan is very quiet during normal use. I was also surprised with how compact this inverter is. Its great to have the extra outlets in the car now, for daily use and the occasional camping. It won’t power and air conditioner, but more than enough for smaller household electronics and air pumps.

Very small footprint which is great if you want to put it away in the car and use it from time to time to either test items you buy used from people on marketplace.It has 2 110V plugs, USB A and USB C and a switch on the back to turn it on or off.Nice quality cigarette lighter plug.You can easily hookup a laptop since most PCs run on 65W so its perfect.ButI have a similar inverter (same size, color, rating, etc - and I can charge my laptop via USB C because USB c is rated for 65W. This one is only 30W. No big deal but I figure I mention it.

Wow, this is a great product. Its red anodized metal looks nice, and it's compact enough to fit easily in my center console. We plan to do some road trips this summer, and this will be invaluable to keep all the kids' devices charged. These inverters are great since not everything we use in the car can be charged via USB. This converter is easy to use. Just connect it to the car cigar lighter and you are in business. It is effect for emergencies such as to charge a computer in the car. I am happy with it and highly recommend it.

Keep buying these. Only thing that ever wears out is the fan, but otherwise it's a great product. Aluminum case, great quality construction. Fans don't go out every time, it's just the only fault I can identify.
